When you signup a plan you agree to pay and take responsibility for all charges made following your service plan. For these reasons we only offer a refund if you make the request within 24hrs of submitting payment and we will only refund your last payment. The only reasons for a refund are when you are unable to connect to the proxy with our support’s help in 24 hours or we are unable to deliver the service for you anymore. To be fair, no other exceptions are made.
We guarantee that your proxies will be “online” meaning you are able to connect and go to Google.com successfully. We do not guarantee that your proxies will work for your specific campaign or for account creation because we have no control over what limitations other sites may impose mobile IPs and have no way of knowing if the problem is with your method or with the site itself and thus our guarantee is limited to you being able to connect and visit Google.com in your browser.
We do NOT offer refunds on our static & rotating mobile proxies. Please purchase a smaller plan before committing to a larger purchase.
